Never been a fan of Blogging(the new joke is that blogs are like your anus"everyone has one")but  i have to post and blog on the 3DNY site daily so that's where my time is spent. I'll copy one of them for you guys and try and keep you all up to date. But go there from the CGS mainpage to 3DNY's page, that's where all the updates are. I didn't know people actually read one another's blogs. But i will always try and make them humorous.

Here is the one from the other day:

    What is up 3DNY fans, Double B here to give you  the lowdown on the ho' down. ..:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Venice is awesome; the weather, the locale, the people, everyone is either bicycle riding , rollerblading, or on the long skateboards to get around. I even saw a guy the other day skateboarding down the street with his kid in a stroller and he was moving. As an old  aggressive in-line roller-blader from back in the day, this put a smile on my face. This is the type of lifestyle that I can get used to. I forgot my Roces Lowriders when I left San Antonio, but my wife is supposed to ship them for me.

    This is how I  start my typical day:

    I wake up well before everyone, usually between 8:00 – 8:30 a.m. no matter what time I go to bed. I make a pot of coffee and read the LA Times and watch a little sportscenter on low volume because I have Rector, K-Sharp, and Badaxx in my room as well. Then its off to the fitness center for a little weight training and cardio (the gym doesn't have much in the way of free weights but you make do ). Then it's down to the pool area for a few laps and some much needed rays. I get back to the apartment and start cooking breakfast for me and Badaxx, 'cause the CS guys are still young and need their beauty sleep. They haven't  joined us for breakfast yet, but apparently they would rather have some microwave mac and cheese then eat French toast with bananas, a veggie and pepper jack cheese egg-white omelet, bacon , and OJ and milk to wash it all down. I have been working in fine dining restaurants since I was a teenager and picked up a few cooking tips along the way so I know my way around a kitchen. Then it's off to the xbox room for 4- 6 hours of solid practice time working on lines, shift glitches, wall bounces, different starting positions for each track. You have to come correct if you want to play in the Big's.

     In-between match days the guys like to shoot hoops and I am always obliged to put them on the bus and take them to school. If I can get Mikey to learn how to dribble with his left hand, then this entire trip would have been worth it. (j/k) I also got to play a little tennis today with Skittles and Fatality, and hopefully we can squeeze in some golf while we are down here.

     Big shout out to all the fans back home in Texas,  my adopted home state  of New York and my favorite rap group of all time, WU TANG, with all my sneaky crooks from Brooklyn, when you ain't  lookin' they take the Queen with the Rook then 3DNY  shows the whole world what the RUCKUS is.   Double B out, Peace!
