Hey everybody, Happy New Year!
So, since it's a new year and everything I figured I'd let you in on what we have planned for 2009. First things first, we're very, very, excited to announce that we have signed with Panic Records! These guys are beyond awesome and are putting out some rad stuff. So stoked to join a label with such good bands and that is operated by genuinely passionate people. We will be releasing a 7 inch called," Time and Distance", in March, which will feature 4 new songs.This will be immediately followed by an east coast tour, with a string of shows with our good friends in OFFSIDES and DEA. Plans are underway for the spring tour as we speak( if you can set up a show in your town, or know someone who can, HIT US UP).
May will see the release of our second full length, also with Panic Records, which will be called, "Unlock Yourself". For those of you who dig our more melodic stuff you're in for a treat. The new album will have 12 new songs and will feature artwork by the very talented Ryan Eyestone,who has done covers for bands like The Effort, Grave Maker, and Outbreak, to name a few. We will be hitting the road in support of "Unlock Yourself" for a full U.S. tour in May/June. Some Canada dates will be worked out as well thanks to our friends at Great Escape Booking.
There is some really cool stuff being talked about for later on in the year, like a split with our brothers/lovers in NO HARM DONE, and a possible Europe tour in the fall. Also at some point I'm pretty sure that fabled Kid Dynamite tribute album will come out.....
