Suddenly on November 20th. My Mazda B2200 was the best truck ever and I'm very sad to say goodbye. She had a manual transmission, 4 cylinders and some days she felt invincible. I felt so blessed to drive her. She took me to many a gig and had seen many a road - including a lot of Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. We braved the cold together and long drives to and from the studio together. We shared laughs and the steering wheel felt many a tear. The truck was handed down to us by my father in law who has since passed away. Sometimes I felt the vibration of his laughter in there. Almost like he was driving around with me, somehow keeping me safe. Sadly she was written off but all bodies are safe and sound. None will quite compare to her though.
