Ok, so I have working at the pharmacy for about 7 months, and just seem to be going nowhere fast. When I started, I loved the place--all of the managers were awesome. But now? Those same managers are fighting for more and more power, and they don't care who they stomp on to get to the top. In the past 2 weeks, I have had a few times where crap they said or did resulted in me crying all the way home. Do they care? Hell no! They just continue to belittle us all. Granted, I know I wear my heart on my sleeve, but damn, no need to stab it!! I am staying as long as I can, until something better comes my way. Hopefully soon...
