ok here's a story, I upgraded my Virgin Mobile phone woohoo to a new TV phone, fantastic, it arrived in no time, but OH DEAR guess what CLEVER Virgin didn't take my £100.00 red rewards off .... so I call them and guess what. I have to send the phone (that I really like) back and REORDER it to get my £100.00 off
They can't just REFUND your account - but I've recycled my old phone already....
Now if Virgin was using a Lewis server then they wouldn't have this trouble SORT IT OUT MR BRANSON - or send me an email ! (http://www.hyperstring.net)
