bummed

I miss Florida sooo much.... I'm dying to go home, even if just for a little while.
For those of you that have never seen where I lived my whole life, lemme take you on a little tour.
For those who still live there, let's stroll down memory lane shall we....
First here's the city itself.....
Beautiful city isn't it?

And we had the best fireworks show of any city I've been to....firing off buildings, boats, and the bridges.

The Riverwalk.....

And friendship fountain....Its so pretty at night

Main Street Bridge...(yes it lights up that neon blue color)

Driving on Mainstreet Bridge.....

The monorail ( crazy times on that thing)

Here's St. Augustine.....

The Pier....

The lighthouse (that was featured on Ghost Hunters, caught some great ghost video there)

The Old Fort ( god the memories there)

Only picture I can find of the Jax Beach boardwalk....(i.e. a long strip of resturants and nightclubs by the beach)

The NightClubs ( god I miss those the most)

I am so with you, i have been gone for about 11 years, and I miss it so much! But my husband has his job that he loves here, and that makes me happy. But when he retires my ass wants to head back to J-ville!

Wow O.o i did not realize that Jackonsville was such a... City lol looks like an incredible place, it's very nice looking at the pics be neat to visit, never been to florida.
