OPTION NUMERO 2. You email GIMME1@MADHATTERMAG.COM requesting a copy, and we will send you information on how we take payments.
OPTION NUMERO 3. Go straight ahead to Paypal and Paypal $6.00 to GIMME1@MADHATTERMAG.COM. Then send us an email saying you paid and give us your address, and you'll get your copy within a week!
