A Good Bye from Jordan

Good morning anyone who may read this. For those of you who haven't read or heard TR is no more So it has now been over a full day since our last show and I can say it still hasn't fully set in for me. I want to say THANK YOU to EVERYONE who has booked us, let us sleep on your floor, gave us food or even just a good conversation. You have meant so much to us that it could make my cry if I sat here and thought about. (however, I'm all teared out from Saturday) To the bands that we have played with thank you letting us share the stage with you. Just to mention a few of the bands that we have become so close with and their friendships mean so much to us. A Current Affair, Wavorly, Procella, This Great Escape, The Roe, Death Is Not Welcome Here, High Flight Society, Rizing Son, Seven Story Ruin (RIP), A Rotterdam November, Ardent, BTP. I know there is more but my mind (as usual) is working the best given the certain situation. I love all of you guys and I will stay in touch to everyone who has help TR out.



This band has taught me that our Worship to God should cost much! God expects our best, so in order to give him that I should cost us something don't you think? I've learned that I'm so self absorbed that it's difficult to let God lead me all the time. So In my time I will be working on my ability to let God lead and me just to follow. Spend more time with my wife, family, and friends.



I want to try and thank people by name because I really believe that they should be named...So here it goes.



Daniel, Ryan, Chunk, Shaun, Robert and all of the Galbreaths, the Moreno family (their names who take at least two hours to write) all of you thank you, Darb, Jeff, Guy's mom your such an inspiration, the Nisbet boys, big daddy Joe from JCM, Diane Gindle, Brian and the EFP girls, Joey and Ava at M88, Vivian @ Cross Rock TV, Amanda and our Flagstaff family wow I would be working for years to try and pay you back, The Wire, Doug and Jeremiah, Tom @ Jeff Roberts, Geoff @ Truth Drums, Jeff @ Silverfox.



Jamesdon & Coryn, Andrew & Kristina, Sam & Veronica, Guy & Sara thank you for helping me live out my dream. I love you all and I couldn't have imagined it any other way. I will miss spending so much time with you all. Kelley and I will see you soon.



All my family thank you for truly believing in me and supporting me!

Kelley thank you for loving me and keeping me going even in the hardest of times and being my biggest fan. I can't wait to put all the time I've invested in the band now into you.

So on a final note from me. All the members of TR are still friends and this decision was us trying to due our best to follow what God was telling us to do. TR is gone but God is here. This life is fleeting and we can't take anything with us. So trust in the Lord and let him run your life. I can tell from personal experience that life is better when you do. Thank you Thank you Thank you! If you ever see me out and about somewhere please come say hi.

Oh....now I'm so sad. I will miss you guys! But there is nothing saying that you can't still come to Modesto and sleep on my couch, friends! We are praying for you and all your new endeavors and love you love you love you! I KNOW God will honor all of you because you have honored Him with your lives and ministry.

My Sweet Brothers-- you were our first ever CRTV full episode feature - and you will ALWAYS be one the ORIGINAL CRTV artists. I have such love for each of you and I want to thank YOU - for helping to inspire CRTV and our vision. Your energy and passion for ministry is amazing and though it breaks my heart to see TR go, I also know God is going to use you all in a mighty way.


I love ALL of you and your ladies!! And you are family now so you all better plan on being at the next CRTV Christmas party!! Hawaiian food baby!!

I got all teared up too when I read this today. I know God has a awesome plan for your lives. I just wish I could have see you some time. I couldn't make it to any of the shows in New Mexico, but I'm sure they were great. Your album is still one of my favorites that just plays constantly in my car.

Hey guys! Its Jesse from Flagstaff (Grace Fellowship). I am sad to hear or read today that you guys are no more. It was always such and honor to have you come and play and worship with us. We feel so blessed to have been apart of Transistor Radio!! I want to remind you of some scripture I shared with you before. Its really all of Romans 12. Its about not conforming to what is easy. Its about a measure of faith that God has given you. Whatever God has put in you to serve him and to serve the body is the perfect measure. The question that is always before us is: To serve, or to Be served. All of you guys choose the latter. You always wanted to know what you could do to serve us.
What a blessing!! Whatever you guys do from this point on remember that God has called you sons and has put in you a perfect measure of faith to be a perfect member of His body!

We love you guys and hopefully we will see you real soon! A reunion show?? Hmm.........

You guys have been one of our absolute favorite bands to meet, chat with, and play shows with. Your talent as well as personalities will be sorely missed. Please don't be strangers, there's a lot of love for TR and it's members within Ardent, and we hope to continue talking with you guys whenever possible. I sincerely hope that all of you are blessed through this I'm sure very difficult decision.

Sorry to hear about the end of the band guys, but speaking from experience I can tell you: the music never ends. A musician lives and breathes music for all his life; it flows freely through him. You've heard me say: "I'm not just a musician; I AM MUSIC." I guarantee there will be many rewarding projects and situations in your future, many more opportunities to serve using the gifts you possess, not in the formats you have envisioned but in brand new ones. Being free of one situation opens up your time and your mind to possibilities you had never previously dreamed of. So keep BEING MUSIC, finding joy in every precious moment of the experience.
