How your worst are always your best?

I find it somewhat amusing, in my sick, twisted little mind...

How things come full circle, but in all the wrong ways,

How mothers are always right, but only when you wish they were wrong,

How fears come true, and dreams are shattered.

Ah, yes, Murphy's Law, it seems, always has the last laugh. Now isn't that a joke. Life's grand ol' way of burning ants with a magnifying glass.

Don't you find it strange, how the good guys are never 'really' good? How everyone has an ulterior motive?

Or does it all make sense, but just not seem 'fair'?

Hah, what exactly is fair?

Nothing.

Nothing unless you make it be. But then it's not going to be fair to someone else, is it?

It's all about getting ahead. It's all a game.

And it don't mean nothin', not a thing.
