.....I'm in the airport now, in Baltimore, taking the whole day to leave New York City. Next stop: Austin, TX. I have been posted up in New York for the past 5 weeks. With a weekly residency at Googie's Lounge on the Lower East Side, and a couple shows before that, I have played maybe 10ish shows in New York...don't want to leave..

Favorite things about the City: street food esp. fresh fruit, express trains, gas stations that don't have gas =), open mikes (i don't normally like open mikes!), sincere people, well-read bohemes, fast friends, people every-freakin-where, some other stuff I can't think of right now...

It was a good taste of the world famous city-wrote a ton of songs, some you will hear, some you will never hear...Now its on to my homestate to play a couple shows, meet with the bigwigs at Weston Boys Records, visit family, and talk about this full length album I've got brewin in my chest. Yeah that's right, Denitia does full-length...I know. Close your mouth. EPs are cool, but its time.

Lets keep it a secret, tho, k? Let me nail down some details. hahaha
