when bad, traumatic things happen it’s extremely useful to look back and accept responsibility for what you, yourself have done to CAUSE the chain of events. i am always able and to willing to do this. all i can do is hope those around me can accept responsibility for their contributions as well and learn from them. please understand what it means to create a bad/negative cause and learn to move forward making good causes. the link above is to a lecture on cause and effect and it comes from nichiren shoshu buddhism, the buddhism i study and practice. we are all works in progress and i have hope that we will overcome our suffering and live enlightened lives.
