Order restored.
Beyond the moors the distant sea
blends with the sky invisibly
.
Just as the water and the land
meet along the shorelines sand.
It matters not which element
decides to voice its discontent.
A power greater than all three
Has decreed their boundaries.
The sea sometimes invades the land
it does not seem to understand.
The land creates the boundary
Meant to resist the hungry sea.
The winds which seem to be quite free
disturb but can’t displace the sea
although oftimes it seems all three
band together turbulently.
The fury of the storms abate
and they are forced to separate.
Each must return to its domain.
Allowing peace to reign again.
