Captain's Reserve Recipe Contest

Since the Holiday Season is fast approaching we want to give everyone a chance to show off their favorite holiday recipes. Do you have a favorite recipe that calls for coffee?  Did you know that coffee will enhance the flavor of many food items?

Show off your best Holiday recipes, and win prizes from Captain's Reserve Gourmet Coffee.  Here are some secrets that we shouldn't share, but with a chance like this we could not resist… Phil LOVES cheesecake. Also, on the top of his list are, Oreo cookies, and regular M & M's. Josh and Jake, it's chocolate all the way!

Captain's Reserve roasts only, 100% Arabica beans, the top 1%, handpicked for quality and freshness, so you can't find a better ingredient to start with.

The top five recipes will be featured on Phil's coffee website.   Now for the prizes:

How do you win? Here are the rules:

Submit your recipe with a picture of your finished product, next to your Captain's Reserve coffee bag. Bonus points if you are in the picture.
We will reproduce the top 5 best looking and best sounding recipes and do a taste test with a panel of 10 people.  They will make the decision on the winners.

Contest starts on 10/31/2009 and ends at midnight on 11/30/2009.

I have a wonderful recipe for a cheese cake that I'd love for you to try. Whether it wins or not, when you have time, maybe you can make it and let me know if you like it. I am a person who loves to cook everything. I've cooked alot of wild meat as well as reular meats. And baking is my all time favorite. I might send you and your boys a few of my recipes!
