and they turned and tossed as the turbulent waves of emotion built and rose
and still, still within it all much was thrown and tossed but little was heard and caught
we tried, believed, but it wasn't I or you or she or he or else we, would have, could have
done more, he said and she cried for why and he kept it hidden and children walked in and all
went in with a blend with a scream and a holler, a tear with favor fell and the room came to fall
upon the laps of the heavens tenderness and he spoke and she forgave and he saw and she understood
he had loved her and honored her with truth and she had yelled and accepted him smart, weak, strong
and good, and he took love and hate in the same hand and molded and touched her softly
he demanded more and reprimanded his heart for what he hurt her with, tolerated no more
violated and abused have left the house and the home became whole once more
