What up People? 

As you know, I have been working hard on the new album for about the last year.  Well, actually about a year and a half.  It's been an experience, to say the least.  I probably could've been done sooner, but all I wanted to do was spend time with my Son, Preston.  I also had a couple of cases of "writer's block."  We also lost a few loved ones.  Sometimes, I was just plain lazy.  Excuses, excuses, excuses. 

Although, we have had many ups and downs, the Album is finally done.  G.E.N.O.- Faith & Loyalty went to press on Monday and will be available on Aug 25th.  In my opinion, and in the opinion of others, this is a great album.  Great features, solid production, realistic lyrics, slamming beats.  You will not be disappointed.

As you all know, Native Organization is a completely Independent Record Label.  Everything we do, we do "Guerilla Style" and from the ground up.  We have no A&R, no manager, & no graphic design dept.  We spend alot of time going through every detail of the album, to insure we have a hot product for you at the end.  We do all our own graphics.  We make our phone calls to radio stations.  We do all our own email campaigns.  We do our own recording, mixing, & engineering.  So you can imagine how long it takes to complete an album.  But, this is what I love to do.  The hours are long, and sometimes it seems we are always on the road.  In the end, I do it for the love of music.  The money ain't too bad either. 

Oh yeah, the money.  That's another complicated part of the equation.  When you have your own business, the State, The Federal Government, and a few Tribes want their fair share of the profits.  They all want to know how much we made, and from there, a percentage is cut to each one of these entities.  Records also need to be kept for every expense.  Bills have to get paid.  My wife Marian, handles all the tax paperwork, and I appreciate that.  I can't stand doing paperwork.

A lot of businesses were started from Bank Loans.  My credit score is probally about a 2.  So everything we own and everything we do is from our own cash. No bank in their right mind, would ever give me a 10$ loan.  That's all about to change, my people.  We got big plans on the horizon.  We will soon be in a position, where we will be able to help people get albums done.  We will soon be in a position, where we can help our people and give back to the community.  This IS a business started from the ground up. 

Every time, we drop a album, we always learn something new.  New tips and tricks in the studio.  New skills discovered for graphics.  We find new websites, that allow us to push our music to another level. This is a business where the technology is always changing.  We have to keep up.  We have to stay informed.  I just wanted to share some of the inner workings with you, our fans.

I only had 3 features on 2 songs for the MANIFESTO album. For FAITH & LOYALTY, I wanted to have a lot more features.  I wanted to give other artist an opportunity to shine, and to reach into other markets.   The lineup for this album is NOMADIC, SMORG, CASPER, NIGHTSHIELD, SAVAGE FAMILY, SMOKE, SUPAMAN, BIGG B, MO' MOE, LADIE ERA, & DJ T RAWK.  All top notch Artist from Indian Country, with each one definitely doing thier thing.  All the tracks are banging. Every Artist came in and stepped up to deliver their best.  It's a dope album.

I also have set up a paypal system, which allows you to be one of the first to pre-order online.  500 have already been pre-ordered!  Thats great news.  The CD will be shipped out to you on Aug 25th.  We are also throwing in a t shirt with every 10th order, and FAITH & LOYALTY, MANIFESTO, & RELENTLESS combo with every 50th order.     We are also willing to do wholesale of 30 or more.  So if you wanna get your hustle on.  If you wanna make a little money, feel free to hit us up.
