They say laughter is the best medicine, and I couldn't agree more… When I was in Los Angeles recently, I was asked to guest in a comedy skit, and I jumped at the chance to have a little fun. Adam Karell, a friend of mine who has done stand-up at some pretty impressive venues, such as the Improv and The Comedy Store, is in a comedy group who call themselves "Rigor Tortoise". They have been writing and filming their own skits for a while now, and I thought it might be fun to hang with the guys for a day, and get silly. The result, is a skit called "Bedtime".
