I was not able to do anything we have been told that they manage to just skate the fine line of being legal at what they do.  So I do not have a follow up except that right after we started paying them my wife's job cut her hours to less than 20 a week, so we could not pay them and they started the garnishment proceedings she even got the letter from her work that it would begin on a specific date.  The date came no garnishment, then we got a call from them stating that they stopped the garnishment because her pay was to low, and they would have to reevaluate the amount that she would be able to pay.  The person on the phone then had the gal to ask for us to pay $50 right then, and when they were told we did not have the money suggested that we try to borrow it.  My wife informed them that we were not going to do that and they would have to go on to what ever their next step was.

Any one who has read this and has waited for my follow up I am sorry it has been so long.  I will be writing on lots of injustices over the next few months and hope all who read my writings might start to think more about the many things that are not right that happen around them and a go on to do something with in the law about it. 

My mood is because I lost a close family member on Sat.
