Hi Lesley,

Firstable, thanks for the review about LFD in your section, is creating a great buzz for us, even that in the review you mention things that are not true. We just wanted to clarify a couple of things because it seems that you got a different story, we know that your are friend with the people from Stop Miami, but we thing is fair for evryone and you to hear not just our version, but the thruth.

That week we called the people from Stop on Wednesday but we found them until Thursday night, that is when we notified them that LFD can't be @ Stop on Friday. They mentioned that it was a short notice and to tell them these kind of things earlier, which we have done in the past. Besides that, we didn't have any contract with them, we are free to play wherever we want. They were cool and told us to look for a replacement and we did.

On Friday around 12am we received a message saying that we have to go to Stop on Friday because you were supossed to be there to see us and write a review on LFD, that they forgot to tell us about it, so that we must go. At 2 am I found an email in my inbox from Stop saying that LFD will be @ Stop when it wasn't a fact, we haven't discussed the issue yet and we already told them that we can't.

That Friday they called to tell us the same thing, we told them that we were at the airport (which was totally true, we went to pick up a memeber from LFD Mexico Crew) and told them again that was very hard to be @ Stop that day, they insisted and told us to do whatever we can and call them back. I called them again and left them a message confirming that we can't make it. So, there was no mistery, they knew we won't make it from the beggining. And we never had airpot problems by the way.

Regarding the comment "Didn't someone tell them that you don't bite the hand that feeds you?", you should know that we never received a cent from Stop, even when we packed the place (almost all the times). We agreed to be there for free until the beggining of the season. Therefore, Stop wasn't feeding LFD and never did.

By the way, we heard that you didn't go that night to Stop, but we'll let you know about upcoming shows not because we want a review or something, just so you can go and see us, and enjoy life as we do, I think you never seen us before.

Next time, it would be nice to confirm the information you got or hear the other side of the story, you write for a well known and serious newspaper, not any newspaper.
