Who Gives Kudos:

December 25, 2007 - Tuesday
Time floats by like ducks in my hometowns river, half frozen to death, up and down stream, in the non-existing winter. In the middle of the darkest time of the year, I know it can be hard to put your clothes on and step outside with a big smile on everyday. But it doesn't matter.
The only thing that matters is to know that it is changing. one of the new songs, Departure was born in such a state of mind.
To for the first time let someone that you care for, in under your skin and at the same time not be afraid. Oh I know this is coming out very pretentious but I blame the dark winter days and that harmonica guy who is harassing everybody at Drottninggatan, Stockholm.
At this track my little sister Flora is singing chorus, and I want to thank my little brother Fabian, who gave me great backfeed, then I was in the studio.

 Departure.

Oh I feel shaky as I sit down in my seat. cuz I don't know which way to head,

I take a deep breath and you hold my hand steady, cuz you don't know which way to head.
oh here, I give you all that I have
here I give you all that I am.
when we fly...
outside your window blows a wind
it carries our moments and tunes to sing
it blows through all the pipes and horns
to stubborn pine trees tries to stop it
two robin birds there flight grows on it
it take my words turns them in to song.
when we fly.

The song of the day is,  I Have a Friend Named Billy - Jeremy Storch
forever beautiful.

love / Anna

Thanks a lot for doing such different and interesting music. I've been in Stockholm last week; it wasn't pretty cold but I understand. Take care
