To the Awaking nation,

   The much anticipated release of the full length Antiform album 'City in Exile' has finally happened, creating a huge stir in New Zealand!
   If you don't already know, Antiform are the chart topping trio that have been devastating New Zealand (their home base) and the world over with their tight drums, ultra phat bass lines and hypnotic synth work. Originally a breakbeat/ 

drum'n'bass production powerhouse, this new record finds them blending those same dance floor driven sounds with a more commercial overtone that is going to make sure they have everyone’s attention. Rightfully so, they deserve it. If you don't know about them yet, you are missing out!

   The single for this record is the track that we collaborated on, called 'Bury Me' featuring Awaking State. This is the first of what will hopefully be a long and powerful partnership between us in Toronto and these hard working electro rockers in New Zealand. They contacted us after hearing some of the Subsonik's Awaking State remixes www.myspace.com/subsoniksound and the rest is history. Next thing I know, I'm doing the vocals for their new single! After first hearing them, I instantly decided that this was something I defiantly wanted to be a part of, so we started work on the song that, for a very long time, was simply referred to as 'untitled'. I loved the track, loved the sounds and more importantly I love the group. This also means that I will be taking the trip down to New Zealand to shoot the official music video for 'Bury Me' in the coming months which is very exciting. It'll be nice to finally meet these wickedly talented guys face to face. 

   Antiform have some really awesome videos on YouTube right now (none with me though......yet). So check out the videos for 'Crash' and 'Got to be you', and you will soon see why Awaking State is all about these guys!
