'I'm about a hundred yards from where the Buddha realized his enlightenment,' he said.....

....

Zach is in ....India.... right now, living in a Buddhist monastery. I was lucky enough to catch him online the other night.....

....

But what he said rang loud in my head, '…realized his enlightenment…' ....

....

Enlightenment isn't something that happens so much as it IS happening. The Buddha didn't 'get' enlightened… He simply 'realized' he was enlightened. As if he had just 'realized' he was breathing. He had always been enlightened - and it was in that moment that he realized what he was. And he realized his connection to everything. And he realized the universe within and understood how it was all related and interconnected.....

Just like breathing. You're not always aware that you're doing it… but you are.....

....

You always are....

I always am....

It always is....

....

Just do it....

Just be it....

....
