" Personal Development for Smart People "

....... I've read several articles on this website over the past couple months, and I've listened to a couple of the Audio Podcasts, and this guy has a pretty good grasp of life and is good at being able to deliver his message without coming across like he is better then anyone else.

One thing I love about myself is that I'm not above learning, a lot of people think they know it all, and just go on with the same ways of thinking and taking the same courses of action because they are either too lazy to put forth the effort to change OR too stubborn to change, even if it is to benefit them. When you're able to drop your ego, swallow your pride for a minute and open up to other perspectives on how to handle certain situations, your life will never be the same. You can't always be right. There is always someone out there who knows a lot more then you do, so why wouldn't you want to learn from them?

You must be very careful not to be lead by someone who doesn't know what they are talking about, or someone who tries to turn you into what they want you to be, for their benefit.

It wasn't till around the beginning of this year when i started to really put effort into growing as a person, and i have made tremendous improvements. Now some people might not be able to notice the changes on the outside, but a lot of the changes are in the way that I think and my views on life and the world around me. It has also helped my emotional state in ways that I could never explain in words. I still have a lot to improve on, and I'm looking forward to working at it even more.

" the significant problems we have can not be solved at the same level of thinking that which we created them " - albert einstein

" you cant solve the most difficult problems of your life till you fully understand them " - steve pavlina

^ this quote is something i always told people before i even heard it, just in my own words, because it was something I learned and figured out on my own. Thats why anytime I have something that confuses me, I LEARN about it, instead of complain about it. That's one of the smartest decisions I've ever made.

A lot of the things that can make peoples lives better are SIMPLE concepts, we just tend to take our lives and make them more difficult then they should be, because we forget the basics.

if you're ready to change for the better, check this site out with an open mind. if you're ready to face the truth and ready to better your life, this site is for you! Check out the books he recommends also, some classics in there.
