Desi (future Spunk Ransom website Site Archivist) was the lucky girl who met Rob last night at the club in LA!!!
Update OneHere is her story:
"OK, so we drove all the way out to LA to find Whisky A Go Go and some how we got complicated directions. So when we got there, we were about to pay and asked if Rob had sung already (his name was 3 on the performer's list). She told us that he just finished and our dreams were instantly smashed! We asked if he already left also expecting her to answer that he had. She replied, "Oh no, he's in there partying." The lady was nice enough to let us in for 1/2 price since she knew he was our sole purpose of being there. We bought our lil tickets and as I'm handing mine to the guy, I glance inside and whose silhouette do I see? That's right, Rob! His hair is probably visible from space, aww, it was so surreal!...But it wasn't a nightclub as much as it was a relaxed cafe setting. Whiskey A Go Go was quite mellow, I thought we'd have lines a mile back...we walked straight in and in Rob's direction. My friend literally dragged us up to him (my bones were about to shake out of my skin!) and we started talking to him. We told him we'd come to see him play and sad that we missed it. He calmly joked that it wasn't that great anyway (awww, so humble, lol) and we asked if we could take some pictures with him. His agent/publicist was generous enough to give us some time with him. My fingers were shaking so much, I couldn't take the picture so my friend, Bree, got some more hug-time with Rob :D And yes, he smells sooo good! Afterwards, he said his good-bye's and we watched him walk out. Deciding we could still get some decent sleep we followed suit. He was standing outside with some friends of his and we just dumbly stood there because we drove for about 2hrs to get there and wanted more Rob. My other friend, Danni, asked me a question and I answered yes (I didn't even hear the question--when you're around Rob you get tunnel vision). Next thing I know, she yells out "NIKKI"! It was Nikki Reed! She turned around with a huge smile on her face, she was so excited to see us! Nikki is so down-to-earth and sweet and wonderful and our language has not come up with enough things about how great Nikki is! She took some pics with us, we talked about Rob and his music, and we started walking back to our cars with them. Rob is was in much more of a hurry (or his publicist) and Nikki just talked with us like we were her best friends and she's known us all her lives. So we regrettably said our "good-bye"s and watched them leave. It doesn't sink in until after a while though. Rob and Nikki were both so humble that it was just like making new friends, when you talk to them you're not star-struck you're amazed at how gorgeous these everyday, super talented people are! I just had the time of my life!!"

Danielle featured in the other pics above has written her account of how things went down last night! She has okayed our sharing of it with you!
"Okay so yesterday started off has any other day. Woke up.. Work.. blah blah. I had no I idea it would be one of the best days of my life!!
So around 6:30pm Desi (my Twin as we have nicknamed each other) gets some rumored info and tells me "get ready we're going" she would not take no for an answer (thank goodness she didnt). Making sure Desi calls Bree(we know her pain of trying to meet these amazing people.. so she had to go.. no question) Bree and Desi get to my house.. jump in the car and we're off :)
We got lost. Bree is the first one to buy her ticket and finds out that we justtt missed his performance. Sadly they hand back her money... but Bree didnt give up!! She askes the lady "will is he coming back? can we meet him?" The lady tells us he's still in there she'll give us half off. We pay Bree is the first one in and walks back towards us "OMG thats him" we follow her all the way in and stare. LOL Finally I dont know who this girl is who took over my body and made me calm. I walk right up to him and say "Hi Robert.. Can I have a hug?" LOL that was the first thing that popped out of my mouth!! I get my hug and Desi and Bree come over. I tell him "We came to see you perform and we just missed it" .. he says "Oh it wasnt that good tonight." Which of course we dont believe for a second cause he has the most amazing voice. I swear it touches every nerve in your body. It's just beautiful!! Not enough words can describe his music. I dont remember all that was said (Desi and Bree remember more)
He was leaving with guitar in hand.. so we asked for some quick quick pictures. Bree got to hear him giggle in her ear. Aww. lol and I couldnt figure out Desi's camera and turn it off. Opps! Poor Desi got to hold onto him a little longer while I turned it back on. We shook his hand and he walked out. We went outside thinking okay we did it and nothing more can brighten this day. Oh but.... it gets better seconds later when I see Nikki Reed!! I yell "Nikki" and she smiles and comes right over :) We all tell her how cute she looks and I ask for pictures and she says yes!! Nikki is such a sweetheart!!! She was all Smiles :) Talking to us like we werent fans rather like we were friends. Nikki askes us have you met Rob as he was walking by. We say yea and Desi says " Nikki you blend in so well.. unlike Rob with his hair." lol Rob hears her and says "I know I should start wearing a hat" :) We continue talking with wonderful Nikki and take our pictures. Nikki has that ability about her that just makes you happy and want to smile with her. She has to be one of the most prettiest and sweetest girls ever. She almost missed her ride talking to us. We walked with her a bit so she could catch up with her friends.. and said our good byes :) I dont think they know how amazing they are. These two are also bringing our beloved book alive!
Thank you Desi for making me go! :) You're the best! Thank you Bree for not giving up and being able to drive back home sane!! lol You two are the best! I'm so grateful to know you. Muah!
On a side note we didnt freak out till we were driving home.
Wow I cant believe how brave I felt.. I dont know who that girl was.. cause that was out of character for me. I'm usually more quiet! Thank goodness brave Danni took over :)"
