We would like to say sorry to anyone who wanted to see us in Torquay, we apologise and we will be back. I hope you can understand our predicament... and please, dont listen to this clueless numpty who is bad mouthing us. He hasn't got a clue/a leg to stand on.

I was asked to book you. I did. I have spent money on flyers and advertising since January. My customers were looking forward to this gig. Please give me a valid reason then as to why you cancelled. If it is so that you get more money I believe that is the wrong attitude, If it is to play with more high profile bands I beleive that is the wrong attitude. If it is because of illness or similar then fair enough. However as far as I can see from your profile your are still playing a gig that date with Antiflag and The King Blues. Please advise. If I am wrong I will happily apologise.

OK, we are sorry that we cancelled. The reason we cancelled is because we were offered the support for Anti-Flag and The King Blues in Kingston. We are going to be paid £60.. Hardly selling out. We felt that this was a gig we could not refuse... We have been in DIY band for over 10 years now and it is tough to stay afloat, as you probably are aware.. so, when you have the opportunity to play a show which may raise your profile it cannot be turned down... In order to keep on doing this we need to try and get as many people as possible to like our band so we can sell CD's, t-shirts and be offered more gigs/tours. It is common sense. I'm sure if you were in/managing a band you would have made exactly the same decision.


To think for one second that we are selling out by doing this show is delusion to the point of insanity.


We don't like letting people down and the only reason we were rude in our comment was in response to your character asassination of us. You don't know what we are like as people.. thoroughly nice young men infact, and we regret having to let you and the people of torquay down but i'm afraid this time it must be done.


I hope you understand, and once again we apologise.
