Shane finally found a job and has decided I don't need to be working. It's wierd I'm used to being the one who makes the money and supports everybody, and now I find myself with nothing to do. Well no there is plenty to do. Sunday I spent all night scrubbing floors, and carpets, and fixing a busted door. Tuesday I finished the door and cleaned out the spare room so it can actually be gotten into and used.
It's so strange to have all this time on my hands all of the sudden, and while I know it won't last (the baby will be here in only a few months) it feels sometimes as if I'm going to go nuts from bordom. I try to stay busy while he's at work so I don't notice how lonely I am and can't help thinking that there just isn't enough stuff to really keep me busy. I mean you can only clean so much and eventually everything will be done.
I think the worst part right now is we son't have a phone or cable and since we only have the one car right now I'm essentually issolated from the rest of the world. Oh the loneliness. And to think once upon a time this was what I wanted more than anything. Of course then I had my video games, and TV, oh and a phone and the internet. Fortunately I managed to escape for a few days while the car is down. He has a friend who lives in Cleveland just a few minutes from work who is letting him stay there till we fix the car, and I got to come back to civilization at my Mom's for a few days. Wish me luck maybe I'll get used to not having to worry about money so much and being a housewife.
 
On a side note we went to the Dr. last week. IT'S A BOY!!!! Now we just have to figure out a name because for some reason after learning he's actually having a son Shane has suddenly decided he no longer wants to name the baby Richard Aden. For months now I thought the issue was settled and now we're back at square one. Richard ______ Rapier. Oh well we still have a little while I guess. At least he's finally gotten over the whole Lennon thing.
