I'm listening to Amour Du Sol by Yelle right now, I love it! The feeling of the song is so summer. It's got that air of happiness and brightness you know will only last for a while. Yes, I am from Sweden so I'm used to short summers cut up by rainy days.

The same non-lasting happiness has caught me this week. I just listened out the last Harry Potter book, the Deathly Hallows. I had already read it though, in august last year but I felt so sad that it all was over so I got the seven audiobooks and listened to them all. I know, geek alert, but it was as entertaining the second time around as it was the first. And this time when I heard the seventh and last "the end" it felt more like a happy goodbye than an abrupt ending to a long relationship. OMJ, I am really nerdy, haha.

Well, this rush of happiness pushed me into the studio and I began recording a song with the work title "It's no good when you're missunderstood" (I'm not sure the title will be suitable when I'm finished with it though since that line of lyric might be cut out). The problem is that the song I don't quite get along. I'm not sure what I want with it and it just won't get a mind of it's own (some songs do and it turns into something of a cooperation).

I've been more or less locked inside the studio for the last two days trying to figure this out, a waste of time maybe or just the time needed. I will try again today and see if it'll start work with me now. Keep your fingers crossed!
