Hey everyone!

Well it’s been long enough since we’ve given you guys any kind of update on what we’re up to, aside from playing awesome shows to awesome crowds, and the like. So I think it’s about time. Here we go!

Amidst the lineup changes that started in the spring and summer, we’ve been working on some new material (that we’re VERY excited to show you guys). It’s different. I’ll say that much straight up. As musical tastes have changed and diversified in a few ways, inevitably, so has the music. So keep those ears open for some new tunes in the months to come.

Now, about those lineup changes I mentioned a moment ago, our bassist, Colin, did leave the band in the spring due to creative differences (but is now fronting his new project The Vertigo Flightplan, and I highly recommend checking them out sometime). We were happy to have our Friend Liam, who we knew in high school, slap some bass with us through the summer. Unfortunately the show on Oct.10 was his last one with us, because of his prior commitment to his other band, The Courtship (and do check them out too).
And man i got this feeling...that needs some saxual healing! Our old saxophone player, Norah, has moved on to greater things in the city of Montreal (specifically theatre studies at Concordia). Now before Norah left us, she was away for a chunk of the summer, at which time were graced by the company of our good friend The Chad (for anyone who saw us at Ska Fest in July). Now they’re both gone, and BOOM!, formerly of the Bad News Bears resurrection, a real swell tenor sax by the name of Morgan is now on the roster! We’re definitely glad to have her on board!
Now gaining a sax player still leaves us sans a permanent bassist. We will have another friend of ours filling in for the time being, but if you or anyone you know would be interested in coming to jam with us, please pass on our contact info and hook us up!
