I just played this kinda last minute show openning for Thadillac at Lo-Fi. And eventhough I have a list of eventhoughs, I am so glad I did this show. I had such incredible feedback from the audience of know me nots.  A couple of people said my music made the night magical. My heart got all sweet and tingly from that. Its the reason I do this music thing. To think that I could open gates to other worlds. Yummy. All of it got me thinking that this whole confused artist kick might have been influenced one of the kinda crazy players I brought on from the start. All the drama he brought into the scene may have made it so I could not see the music. So I think I am gonna give it another go with some less dramatic folk and see what happens. Throw together a band and begin to feel it out. As my friend louis puts it, this music I am writing now is from a time that's both familiar and yet not...maybe its from the future. I've always been a time traveler and maybe I've been lucky enough to bring something back.
