i am finally making the leap from the bedroom studio to the stage. it's only taken me six years to get here. (i think i just heard someone in the back yell, "better be worth it!") i hope so too.
i had my first rehearsal this morning; trying to figure out exactly how i'm going to pull this off. also, working out which pieces of music will be the best representation of my catalog in a live setting. it's obviously very early on in the process, but i can say the five hours i spent today were very productive and i think i'm in pretty good shape. i'll keep you posted on how things progress in the coming weeks. i'm looking forward to getting on the stage. running through "if you are the one to take me home" today was glorious.
