I've been driving my '93 Pontiac Grand Am for almost six years. It's been pretty reliable. It had no monthly payments. It only cost me $1,700. But the thing with older cars is that once they start giving you problems that's it... You fix one thing and another thing breaks. ARGH!
For the past few weeks now the Grand Am was being a little bitch and I had to finally get into a newer car.
But holy crap, how am I supposed to buy a new car? I have no money saved up for a down payment. I have crappy credit. I don't make that much money at my job.
But, thank God, for Fred at Lokey Kia in Clearwater. He did everything in his power to help and now I'm driving this...

It's a 2004 Kia Optima LX. Yeah, it's not a 2008, but it's 10 years younger than my previous one. It's a really great ride. It drives soooo smooth and best of all... it has a CD player! Yeah, baby! I've finally joined the 21st century!
My only concern is that it's a V6. Y'see, I've never driven one of those before. And man, does it fly! I hope I don't get any speeding tickets!
I'm really excited. I am now driving a car that I'm not embarassed of. Any ladies want to come for a ride in my love machine?
Peace out,
Carlos
