Art does not keep a timetable dont force it. True fans will wait. I anticipate the next podcast and wait with baited breath for it but, I and others want quality over quantity. Deadlines are in many forms of media its called network television and thats why 98% of it is shit. Enjoy your holidays, get back into your right frames of mind and fall in love with your art project again not the job of it. Jobs suck I know i have one.

I know that you guys think the episodes need to be all of these "things"...compassionate, lighthearted..etc, but I doubt that when you guys started these that you literally set out to make your episodes come off that way.  You guys just did it, threw out there what felt right and don't worry about how it's going to look or seem or come across, just fucking do it...and get it done and it will be amazing, because both of you have incredibly artistic first instincts.

That was the best one since #1. I really appreciate the rawness and I find it alot more enjoyable to watch than the history of your relationship. Although interesting, it was kind of weird to see how much detail you guys put into episodes 2 and 3 (How many times did susan twirl?). I really like when your episodes are a little more shoot-from-the-hip. Great job.

Well I guess most people already said what I was going to say.  But I know your film's going to get picked up by a distributor and you guy's will be on easy street after that.  The new king and queen of indie film.  Remember the shit you go through now makes the good life better later.

I love this shit!!! I embrace your stagnation as I embrace my own procastination. Im no one in the whole scheme of four eyed monster, yet I'm living it. There is never enough time in the day or night. Add a relationship to that equation and forget days and nights; try lightyears.

Remember and embrace the reason you embarked on this project.  Don't forget the purpose that YOU envision this endeavor to be.  The art that you are creating is precious and rare in the journey itself, and it is a gift that you are sharing with the world, and I thank you for that.

Listen to your heart, not to mind-numbing babble.  Take care of yourselves and one another.

You both are beautiful.

Miss Jen a Island.

Artisticly inspired moments can be fleeting.
Don't get tired of it.
Don't rush.

Just wait.

It'll come around.
In the mean time, enjoy your Christmas, please.
And may your hearts be light.

I'm wishing you the best.

Love//Jena-San

You guys are fucking brilliant! Don't lose faith in each other. I love this idea. I got a message from you for music networking...anyway, I sing with a band called Diggin' Deeper and we play live eclectic hip hop, funk, soul...we are at myspace.com/diggindashdeeper and myspace.com/digginapostrophedeeper (the apostrophe site may be the only one with music uploaded right now...) Anyway, we would love to collaborate. We have a 5 song demo we can send you that's being mixed down in the studio this week. Keep up the brilliant work. It was INSPIRING, people! Living your art. Beautiful.

I just wanted to say that I love the podcasts and the entire concept. Myself, a mere child in the video industry, am always interested in 'behind the scenes' ideology. The fact that I love documentaries also plays a small role here. While I have friends in the music industry, I'm not sure if they would fit in with your work. However, you can check them out and send them an email if you are interested. These guys: (http://www.myspace.com/greyscale) are wonderful to work with. I was involved in their first music video project. Also, Brandon (http://www.myspace.com/Obscured_B) has a band called Obscured. They are somewhat new in the Reno area and are working on a new album. However, Brandon has a lot of contacts as well in the music industry and might be able to help you guys out.

On a side note, in epi 3.5, what editing program are you using? I have been using Sony Vegas mostly for my projects but your program looks much more adept for the type of projects I am looking at running.

Once again, great podcasts! I will definitely be joining! Glad to 'meet' you.

Hey Rona,
We use Final Cut Pro 5. You can also use final cut express to get almost all of the functions you'd need. We love Final Cut, except for a few things when it comes to online and offline quality, but in general it works out. We have over 200 hours for the feature film and over 200 hours for the video podcast, so everything is digitized at offline quality so it fits on firewire hard drives and then we capture at full DV quality just the clips that get used in an edit. Thanks for checking out our stuff.
