Criminologist and Psychologist Marco Strano, president of ICAA, International Crime Analysis Association demonstrates, without doubts that Carlo is innocent. He presented part of his report in Sky's Italian TV Show "Scena del Crimine" (transl. Crime scene) and commented it with criminal attorney Nino Marazzita (the most famous in Italy) and maxillofacial surgeon Carlo Macro, of San Camillo Hospital of Rome.
What expert said is summarizing as follow:....
- the lack of reliability of presumed victim is supported both by the objective psychological evaluation done by the psychologist Judith P. Kane (who confirmed the lack of reliability of the woman in the criminal process against the husband) and by the lack of medical, legal proof confirming her declarations. ........
- the extradition of Mr, Parlanti from ......Germany......: Marazzita sustained that ......Germany......, given the lack of evidence against Parlanti and furthermore given the lack of proof, should never have allowed the extradition to the ........United States.................
- Bruises and wounds: the bruises of the woman do not correspond to the type of violence she sustains occurred. The face should have been completely disfigured, her bones broken, the nose should have been almost completely destroyed, her face should have been swollen and blackened. Neither the punches nor the repeated hits against the wall (besides the fact that a wall in essence composed of cardboard should have shown some clear damages) could have caused the type of bruises which appear in the photographs.........
The repeated kicks to the kidney should have caused bleeding in the urine which would have needed special care and entailed a long healing process. The fractures in the ribs are not possible in respect to the presumed happenings.........
- Photographs: These are false (as declared by Detective Newby in the report which is your possession). According to Dr. Macro, the woman in the photographs is at least 10 years younger. The lawyer Marazzita points out one important fact: the photographs should never have been admitted as evidence in the court because if you don't have the negatives they can not be dated and if evidence can not be dated they are "inadmissible" in an American Court of Law. ........
- Diaries: they are fake. They've been found by Ms. White in June and not in January as she later declared.........
- Motivations of Ms. White false accusations:........
- economical: her apartment, health Insurance and loans were all covered by Mr. Parlanti. She receives and psyco-medication which she needed.........
- Passion: jealousy to the point of threatening Ms Cecilia Hollwell.
