Wut up Chumps and Chumpettes! 2day is officially the first day of the 2009 Vans Warped Tour. Next week will be our show on July 2 at the AT&T Center. And when I say "OuR" I mean alot of people! (U know who you are) So, since I'm so damn excited, I'm going to provide some information that y'all may or may not find interesting. Because if I don't do it, who will?
Gernaral Information:
In case u didn't catch it, the Warped Tour is at the AT&T Center this year instead of the Verizon. This is because 1) The tour is sponsored by AT&T and 2) Some church people bought the Verizon and they didn't want this tour there for some reason. (I Shit You not) So in a way, this will be everyone's first Warped Tour all over again! We won't know where stages will be and we don't know what to expect in the new environment. Keep in mind that in the Verizon, there was a huge green hill and SHADE! Both will be absent at the AT&T center grounds. Also, I would like to note that there WILL BE NO BANDS PLAYING INSIDE THE CENTER! All bands will be outside and it will be hot. Like I was just telling Purple Jesus, if u want to see ur favorite band, U GOTTA WANT IT!
The Stages and Booths:Did u all know that each stage and booth is different? Yea for reals! Check it out!
Vans Booth-There will be daily signings by some heavy hitters (Such as Prada and A Day 2) Also look for free posters and if ur one of the 1st 200 people to "Aussie Mike" u get a free pair of sunglasses or cards.
Epitath Booth-Free Stickers and some other shit if u are wearing a shirt from an artist from the label.
Hurley Booth-Band Signings
Rock Band Booth-Have any of you wanted to play Rock Band with band members from Sing it Loud, Thrice, or A Day to Remember! U get ur chance next week.
Alternative Press Booth-Free Programs, Subscriptions, Signings and Acoustic Sessions.
Main Stage-Theres 1 this year and all bands will play 40 mins
Hurley.Com and Smartpunk Stage-These stages will be streamed throgh the web.
All other stages are really just stages and all other booths will have free goods and more.

Last Minute Info:If u still have money after the show, i suggest u head over to Emo's in Austin this Saturday. Word is that there is going to be A Warped Tour Off day show featuring Galllows and MOTHER FUCKIN HENRY ROLLINS!!!! Also after the show there will be a after party at a local Denny's. More info here.
