Current mood: argumentative
I'm going to take a leaf out of my fathers book and have a bit of a rant today, lol.
I read somewhere that the government is planning to make all venues / clubs / music orientated establishments fit a noise limitator thingy around the 25th February. I don't know the ins and outs or if it's even actually going to happen but I think the plan is to make any establishment that's applying or reapplying for a license to fit one of these stupid things and evidently the limit is going to be 80Db.
Er.. what?... what purpose does that serve?. Most clubs are adequately sound proofed so not to disturb people outside, fair enough you might hear a little bit of background noise but it's hardly that disruptive. Evidently one of the reasons this is being done is to protect the staff of these establishments... LOL, yeah... because obviously they had no idea when they went for a job at a nightclub / music venue that they'd hear loud music a lot of the time. hahahaha, seriously though, how stupid does the Government think we are?, the staff hardly need protecting from loud music, if they were bothered by it I highly doubt they'd work there.
I'm sick of Labour, they're just pathetic and evidently appear to have no respect or belief in the people they're representing. They never take the time to listen to anything anyone says and are so preoccupied with fixing things that aren't broken and telling us what to do that they screw up every good thing in this country.
Anarchy in the UK. Lets start a revolution!.
