JOHN DOE 80-0808
This victim was a possible transient hitch hiking through the area he was discovered 08201980 in Madison Co, Madison Fl because he was hit on US Highway 90 -Florida Highway Patrol and Madison Co So at the time worked the case and then body was sent to Jacksonville / Duval Co Medical Examiner's. The county he was killed in is close to the state line of GA as well as AL. I need to get in contact with whatever agency he might belong to as a cold case / missing person. I made contact with a Lt Tina Demotsis of the Madison Co So (who is a great resource of knowledge as well as personal contacts) 850-973-4001 x 248 and she has spoken with several people that worked the scene as well as some that possible saw him in town. She is working on plastering the info into her area via the media, and trying to get him showcased on AMW and Unsolved Mysteries.
1. The Doe Network case 1119UMFL
2. FLUIDDB.com (Florida Unidentified Decedents Database) case 80-0808
3.NCIC (law enforcement database) - nic U650020612 - this states he had blue jeans, white socks, long sleeve corduroy type shirt / light jacket, with a button up shirt underneath, subject had BLUE TENNIS SHOES WITH ORANGE SOLES brown hair and slight mustache and beard (more like chin whiskers not beard or goatee)
We have now located his dental and will be picking up all archive reports (FDLE, FHP and Madison Co So) and forwarding me a copy of the fingerprint card from FDLE ( Florida Department of Law Enforcement) in one report it advised a store clerk in a neighboring town thought victim stated his name was Gerald L Hill, but I am unsure how great that info might be it look as if the report from one of the agencies is possibly crossed with another case – one I believe also stated seen in an army type jacket - he was seen in the area a couple days before in Greenville Fl didn't look like typical transient not "underfeed looking " ( he has previous signs of alcohol use and there are military bases in Fl) once I have the fingerprints I hope to gain more info )
Well any and all help would be greatly appreciated
Thank you for your attention to this matter
