So I check my inbox and I have 4,363 new messages. I'm overwhelmed. Although I do appreciate the love, how can I possibly keep up. Someone in my team helps me with my messages sometimes and tries to grab the business related ones, but they don't even know who is who and what is what so I can't knock it when something get's lost in the sauce. I try to skim for people I recognize and current business, but when it gets 100 pages deep it's like damn... I wish there were a better way. This isn't to mention how congested my email gets or how many phonecalls I need to make/return on a daily basis. I believe in communication but seriously, there is no way, other than cloning myself, that I can give any decent amount of attention to anyone -- even people of significance. Some people suggest I get a manager. But I've had managers and never have they been able (or willing) to manage my online presence. I mean, who would volunteer for such insanity? A hefty salary would be an incentive but unfortunately (or fortunately) that's not the position I'm in right now. =x This doesn't even touch the comments and my inability to comment back with any oomph. ouch.

So I guess this is what I got to do...

1. All flirts will be deleted and not replied to. I am flattered and appreciative of the love, respect, admiration, consideration, etc. However, I don't have room in my life for romance or even new friends and am already at risk at neglecting the people that have made a significant investment in my life. If you are a fan, add my BRIXFAM PAGE (on my top) and I will TRY to open dialog when I can -or- follow me on twitter (twitter.com/brix) as it's much more managable.

2. All promotions will be deleted. I would love to check out new music and stuff but I just cannot follow up on it all. I will let you know out of the gate... YES, I am ALWAYS looking for HOT new HIT "beats" so you should send to brix617(at) gmail.com and YES, I am always down to get involved with anything that will promote me or my music FREE or is PAYING ME (eg.. photo ops, interviews, etc...) but do send BUSINESS to my email and don't send generic stuff.

3. Business Inquiries may be answered by SOMEONE ELSE. Be prepared for that.

4. To My girls, friends, family, homies, etc. Pleaaaaaaaaase hit me up on FACEBOOK. If you don't know my facebook - send me a message (on here) with the subject FACEBOOK and I will send you my link.

5. DJ's... I adore you. You KNOW I support you as much as you support me. You have a special place in my career and special respect from me. Reach out to exchange contact information but do forgive if my dialog on myspace is whack.

This post may get deleted later on this week. I may just be ranting. But it's a heads up to changes that are taking place. Do understand, it's of no course of rejection. I just do not have 10 arms.
