well, one thing is she did fight back....and resisting arrest is one of the worst things you can do...If pulled over, just remain quiet,take the ticket, keep both hands visible at all times, and don't argue with a cop, or tell him he's wrong......they hate that...you can always fight the ticket in court...maybe the cop did over-react...but he's doing his job....someone reaching into their vehicle can pull out anything, a gun,knife,etc.....

bad cop bad cop . . . but the best thing to do is take the ticket and fight it in court. i would have gone down that day to a lawyer and have him get a copy of the tape. i hope she gets a bundle of cash
