Madame AnGeLa to You
Madame Angela S.

I had a question for you.  Do you know what the statistics are around the world with diagnosis of ADD/ADHD? Living in the U.S., I have not seen where the condition has been compared witht he rest of the world.  Feel free to send me a message if you can point me to some articles on the global issue. I will check out the link above to see if it includes any information I'm looking for.

P.S. I love your writing, your heart is always filled within it.

Angela, I've always enjoyed how deep and introspective your writing is, so I'm very flattered!  I've often wished for the time, energy, or attention span after reading your blog :)

I'm going to share some links here, because I know the prevalence of ADHD in America is kind of a hot topic where different camps have different perspectives, and I've heard general comments about ADHD being an 'American' phenomenon.  Maybe that's a blog I should ponder ;-)

This page is a great resource!  I feel like we're starting over with my daughter's treatment.  We'll be seeing a new doc and I won't go back to Strattera, so we'll probably be using new medication.  I really want to get her set up with some counceling too.  Thanks for the info!

I definitely recommend counseling... have you already chosen a new doctor?  If s/he is known to be very experienced with ADHD, I'd ask him/her for a recommendation.
