Current mood:  high
I checked my myspace page today. I don't know why. Myspace is so yesterday. And I'm all about today. Yesterday, I tried to open a snowcap account but my effort fell short.through no fault of my own. Something about my internet connection or maybe the servers at myspace/snocap (started by Shawn 'Napster' Fanning) were overloaded by rock and roll dreamers wanting to sell their sonic wares.
Perhaps many wre inspired by the increible good fortune happened upon one Ashley Dupree, myspace artist and sex worker embroiled in the NY govorneor Elliot Spitzer scandal.
She had an original song on her mysapce page. Not just for streaming, but also for sale! On snocap, the inline 'music store' myspace artists can install on their page.

I thought it would be like some sort of tip jar. Whatewver.

Ashley sold nearly a million downloads.

So that was a wash. And here I am on myspace. Mind as well leave little dropping on the porch whie I'm here.  for granddad.

wow, im glad there are still artists like the ones i read about pushing forward a culture for the rest of us; even if it is a million downloads at a time... my mood has brightened!
