Potential.

It's kind of like the word "hope". It's a great word, and it makes some people get really excited about what's GOING to happen, or what COULD happen.

But there's a catch- Potential must be RELEASED.

Growing up in one of the best youth groups in the whole world, Pastor Mark used to talk to hundreds of us about realizing our potential.

What are you good at? What do OTHER PEOPLE say you are good at? Is there anything that you do to make yourself happy, and then in turn it affects someone else?

Once you know what you are good at, practice it even more. Be creative and see how you can use it to affect other people. Use your talents and giftings, and really anything that you know.

For example... Ashtabula: one of the most boring places one could possibly move to, is now my home. But instead of talking trash about it, why shouldn't I speak good things over it? I can see some good in it. And if I embrace the good, I will fall in love with it. I've already begun.

If this city seems to have no Godliness in it.. well then I better make it my mission to bring the light home.

There is no one like my God- He is bigger than any idea I could possibly ever think I have... and only He can change a city.

It's about that time. It's about that time we rose up and shared the Lord - our TRUE Jesus- to the people around us.

You know what the problem with being a perfectionsist is? It's that nothing will ever get done.

Now is the time. Trust in God, and let that potential start snowballing with max speeds.

Soon I hope to be typing about REALITY that was birthed from the potential.
