To those of you currently inhabiting the mighty Rose City, i will soon be joining you ranks. For a few months at the very least.

I only know a few people there (and wonderful people they are, dont get me wrong!) but i am hoping to find some people here who are interested in any, many or all of the following things:

-Metal (the music, although discussing ore can also be a hoot)
-other music
-beer
-being pretentious about art
-not being pretentious about art
-being genuine about other crap too, while drinking, yes, beer.
-cartoons [closer to futurama and the oblongs, away from new simpsons and family guy]
-being silly
-being serious
-really really bad puns.
-NOT fucking (i have a wonderful man in your fine city already)
-making stuff out of garbage
-eating
-cooking
-dancing poorly
-reading
-meeting new people
-sitting around not doing much
-playing sports you're no good at
-making lists of the stuff you already do with your friends and are going to miss doing when you leave
-singing poorly
-discovering little corners of the city you never knew existed
-jukeboxes
- ...

okay that's about all i can think of right now. if you've already read all that i'm thoroughly impressed.
