I am not a pius man. However in the words of the immortal Sir Saint Thomas Moore 'Its not that I believe but that I BELIEVE' I do believe in universal symmetry and universal truths. However i find it difficult to believe in organized religion.

Does god exist in religion?

It seems mind boggling to me how we are following the message of single men that lived thousands of years ago. What is even crazier is that these men DID NOT RIGHT OUT THEIR OWN MESSAGES. Was the bible not created after the death of Jesus Christ? I do not believe that a supreme being would trust the 'ultimate truth' of the universe in the hands of men. I am no religious scholar my opinions are just that. However i am a man who understands men. Men are always corruptable ALWAYS. It is IMPOSSIBLE to have perfect succession. An example of this is a game we have all played. Your can call it rumours. One person passes on information to another and then another and then another and eventually the information is so corrupt that barely relates to the same message. GOD IS A FEELING. It is very hard to explain the EXPERIENCE of god. Many have tried.

Ok so for the sake or argument i will concede that the PROPHETS WERE PERFECT, and that their messages were perfect in their original sense. This we will state as a fact. However i can not understand how a perfect replica (nothing in nature is a perfect replica) of the message can be passed down? Men make mistakes. I was listening to the radio today that said a major telecom company forgot to put A COMMA in their contract. The telecom company was being sued by the other party becaue that comma effectively nullifies the agreement. This is a basic comparision i know that legal documents do not have the hand of god to protect them. OK so we'll say that the message was not corrupted and tampered with AT ALL. NO SPELLING MISTAKES BY THE SCRIBES, NO MISSED WORDS, NO UNCONSIOUS OPINIONS. NO SWITICHING WRITING STYLES (putting a word in bold changes its MEANING) NO CHANGES IN ANY MINUTE DETAILS. Before i go further ask yourself... is this possible? a perfect replica? What about litterally different versions? Are they perfect replicas? Is their a breed of perfect humans living among us? Well we shall assume it is for arguments sake.

OK WHAT ABOUT VERBAL RETELLINGS? does god mediate those as well?

Now here we have this perfect replicated manuscript. ets talk about how people read these manuscripts. If you read the bible you being persone A will have a DIFFERENT understanding from person B. Now you guys are following the same manuscript right? And its a perfect copy right? My point is that the bible leaves a lot of manuevering room. If it was only the ten commandments we had to follow to get into heaven even I would convert. However to get into heaven is a very complicated process. And we all know that heaven is for the very few.

So how is it that all these people with absolute convictions believe they will get into heaven when heaven is packed and their not on the V.I.P. list?
GETTING INTO HEAVEN IS NOT ABOUT BEING A GOOD PERSON (although you inevetibaly should be on) I know some asshole pricks who according to religion have a much better chance of getting into heaven than i do becaue the follow the guidelines to getting into heaven...I refuse to continue untilli have at least one rebut... I am an open person so anyone wishing to enlighten me or anyone who AGREES :)
