Current mood:  contemplative
Side note: Coldplay's new cd X&Y came out today. It's genius.

Yeah, so it's hit me. I'm graduating in 9 (NINE!) days. Last night, Justin and I spent 11 hours working on this AP Language Magazine... turns out it was well worth it. She gave us 30 extra credit points cause it was so PIMP.

We also got our Senior Group picture. There was the serious shot and the funny shot. I got the funny one because that's how we should be remembered. Looking at that picture really made me realize how much I'm really gonna miss all these seniors. Most of them I've been going to school with since I was 6. We're practically brothers and sisters.

To top it all off, we got our yearbook today. Wow. It's the best yearbook out of all four years, in my opinion. Looking at our senior picutres, we actually look "old"! It's crazy.

Well, graduation is coming fast. I can feel that these next nine days will pass in what will seem like minutes. I'm kinda scared for life after graduation. It's going to be kinda odd not going to school everyday; seeing the same familiar faces; talking to the teachers who have influenced my life. But life goes on I suppose and it's time to close this chapter of my life.

I'm proud of you, Cy. Senior year is always full of so many challenges, and you have tackled them all!
I bet those 30 extra credit points will be quite helpful to you! Nice job!
You have really become a mature guy that I respect and love dearly!
I plan on being there for your graduation and I will cheer for you loudly if you want me to!
I'm excited that you are leaving DCS because after a brief intermission with your trip to another country, you will be living on the same campus as me! Yay for APU!
See you soon!
Love, Mal

Well i cant exactly relate with the graduating in a week thing, but i can def say its affecting me too! Ive gotten to know alot of u seniors really well over the past few years. U guys will be missed. But i agree Cy, i really like this yearbook. They did a fantastic job on it.

Isnt it crazy to remember how old the seniors looked when u were a freshmen. But now, u dont feel liek yr that old. Humm, i guess its some weird mysteries about time that ill have to ask God about when i die.

YIKES!

Wow... I'm really proud of you but kind of freaked out.

Just so you know, college changes EVERYTHING. (But for me, it was all in a good way)
It is kind of scary and weird when you leave, but the saying really is true

"The scariest moment is just before you start"

After that, it's all pretty much amazing. Hopefully, I'll be seeing you at graduation. I'll throw some confetti at you. ^_^

OH! And that one guy is so right. I STILL remember how big and old I thought the seniors were. I can picture them that way... and now they look like little kids. It'll happen to you in just a few years. Guarantee it.

My Little bro is growing up! Am I invited to the graduation? I know the ticket situation is tight so if not we at least need to meet up before you head off the to the Philippines. Man you are following in my footsteps. I had a book report due in AP Language and I was the only one who got a 100%. I would have to see your yearbook to agree but I don't think it is cooler than the 2002 yearbook. :)
