To my friends and fans of Bollywood I am sure that the name Shahrukh Khan is very familiar to you. I had the brief and but enjoyable pleasure of meeting him recently as he is currently filming in the USA.

He was charming, funny and yes good looking but the thing that struck me most was his graciouness and his calm demeanour despite the screaming, excited fans trying to catch a glimpse, or touch their screen idol. During the very short time I was in his presence he wished me great success with my career and told me I was very pretty (yeah I know I bet he says that to all the girls) but the fact is there are not that many stars out there that care more about complimenting others than accepting compliments themselves and that is what puts Shahrukh Khan in a league of his own.

I work hard and dream big, aiming for that day to soon come that I will too reach heights of stars like him and I want to thank King Khan for a valuable life lesson - that no matter now big or small you are - a little graciousness can go a long way.

I wish SRK all the best and may he continue to delight us with his films for many years to come and who knows, maybe one day I'll be singing in one of his movies too!
