In case you guys didn't know, I recently participated in a weight-loss/fitness type challenge at work, and the results were just announced Thursday 7/17/08. I ended up placing second, and winning $3000!!! I just cannot belive it, I never thought this could happen, and I just couldn't be happier with the results! My boyfriend and I also entered as a team, and won in the team category, and received several products and merchandise as prizes.
All together I lost 19lbs, and 16.25 inches, and I feel great!
I posted a pic of my certificate that they gave me, go take a look and comment. I hope they give me a copy of my official before and after pics so that I can post them soon too.
