Hi. Miguel here, once again. So this song is another DEMINER song. Also recorded when I was in Ft. Collins at the Blasting Room with Jon and Paul during the HANG ON TED sessions. It was maybe going to be on the record as a bonus track, but the tone of the song just didn't seem to fit with the rest of the album. Anyway, I thought this song was lost and didn't hear it for an awfully long time. My voice sounds kinda funny to me. Actually, recording this song with Armchair helped shaped the way we re-recorded it for the Deminer record, WOE'S AND SO'S (email me if you want a copy). I really like the way Jon sang his part in the middle. So that and a few other things helped me tweak it for the final version. But this version of "Strangers," I believe, will be going on the new Armchair Martian CD that Jon is putting out of all unreleased tracks and b-sides and other stuff you don't get to hear that often. And when this thing comes out, soon we all hope, we will be hitting the road. And then we get to see your smiling faces!
