Hello Eric,
After reviewing my recent emails, I was very upset to hear of your experiences at our local Pittsburgh Boston Markets.
First off, let me thank you Eric for taking the time to share your thoughts. It is greatly appreciated. I just located to the Pittsburgh area recently, and I can assure you that my first business priority is to fix the guest service issues you mention. Clearly we have let you down on more than one occasion, and there is no excuse that I can offer for the lack of service you received.
The thing I can do though, is to bring renewed energy and focus to my restaurant teams, so we can fix the out of product issues, and apathetic service of the past. We want to be a brand you can count on for great food and service!
I'd like to send you some certificates to dine with us at your convenience, so we can show you the improvements we are making. If this is acceptable to you, please reply to this email with your address or PO Box.
Eric, please accept my apologies for the frustration we have caused you. My team and I will do everything possible to win you back as a guest.
