Eat'n Park sent me some mail, and it also seems like the cool waitress will get some sort of recognition for a job well done. Score one for the consumer advocate. I still need to reply to Steak 'N Shake. It's funny what I complained to them and get nothing... yet praise Eat'n Park and get a free 1/2 dozen smiley cookies.
