Thank you for your recent email and letter about your experience at McDonalds. We're glad you took the time to share that information with us and appreciate the opportunity to respond.
From time to time, we do receive reports of restaurants mishandling Heinz ketchup Fortunately, we have not found this to be a widespread practice, but we do appreciate your bringing this to our attention. Usually when our Sales Representative visits the restaurant to discuss the practice with the Management, it is discontinued. Therefore we will notify our foodservice office of your experience and ask that they contact the restaurant.
