I so admire those of you (i.e. Terena, Mia) who can so regularly find the time to share their lives through blogs... I've been so terribly bad. I'll try to catch you up very quickly today!
I'm honored to say that I'm Co-Producer of "Finding Hope Now", a local feature film being shot here in Fresno, CA. With a tiny budget and Skin Mead's big dream, we're making this work.
Casting is rolling and pre-production is official. We're all very excited and working very, very hard to get this film with such a great message off the ground. Many of us are taking on multiple roles so that this film can be produced - I'm also wearing the hat of Script Sup/Continuity.
You can find out more at
Finding Hope Now.
You may know me as a person who is not particularly "religious" (I'm a bit more eastern with a metaphysical twist), but this film is the story of an amazing man (Rev. Roger Manassian) who has turned nearly 2000 lives around - has saved young men by linking them to jobs and helped to integrate them and their families into our social fabric.
Anyway, I'm also keeping my production company going - Entandem Productions - which has projects of its own! Lisa V and I are working hard on casting, for instance, and hope to launch this sucker soon!
Thanks for tuning in to the ever-busy life of Christine and her many adventures in creative land. I didn't mention I'm helping out at Fresno Art Museum with their Spring Art Camp and doing all the things I normally do, like the busy Mom of a two girls!
I'll try to be funnier next time!
Talk to you soon.
